Mental health, general health, weight loss, smoking cessation and medical certificates—all delivered via telehealth by appropriately qualified Australian health professionals. Available anywhere in Australia from 8am to 8pm (Sydney/Melbourne time).

We don’t sell medications or earn commissions on them, so there’s no pressure to take anything you don’t need. No forced prescriptions, no subscriptions you didn’t ask for. Every service starts with a real consultation and a care plan that fits your situation. You see the fees up front and book directly with the clinician you choose.
Medicare rebates are available on selected services for eligible patients, including psychology sessions with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). Full fees and rebate details are on the fees page.
Your consultations are conducted over a secure telehealth connection, and your health records are kept private and protected in line with Australian privacy requirements. You'll receive a secure link to join your practitioner for your appointment.

Telehealth isn’t suitable for every condition. After your consultation, your clinician may recommend in-person care, urgent care, a GP review, a specialist referral, or no treatment, depending on what’s right for your situation.
Depending on the service you choose, you may see a psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, psychologist, allied health professional or nutrition professional. Each practitioner works within their professional scope and experience relevant to the care you have booked.
A prescription is not guaranteed as part of an appointment. Where prescribing is within the scope of the service, you’ll consult with an AHPRA-registered health practitioner who will assess whether a prescription or repeat script is clinically appropriate.
Repeat prescriptions are only provided where clinically appropriate after assessment. Some medicines may not be suitable for telehealth prescribing, including controlled, high-risk or dependence-forming medicines. Your clinician may recommend review by your usual GP, an in-person doctor, or a specialist where needed.
